As you are aware we have had problems with our telephone system.
We are changing over to a new provider today to rectify the poor line service that you have been experiencing.
The installation of the new telephone system should be a smooth transition, but it is possible there may be some minor disruption to telephone calls during this period.
Please do bear with us whilst we get used to the new telephone system. All staff will receive training but as with all new systems there may be the odd glitch.
The new system will allow us to be much more responsive to patients needs as well as communicating important messages.
