From Monday, there will be two socially-distanced queues:

• one for people checking in for their pre-booked appointment
• one for patients with a pre-booked slot to collect their medication

To help patients identify which queue they should join, we will have different coloured spots for the two different queues- as seen in the photos.

Don’t worry there will be the whiteboard by the front door to remind and tell people where to queue!

If there is a queue, please be patient with us and remain respectful of our staff – they are there to help you and always try their best.
