Repeat Prescriptions 

pills_2When requesting a repeat prescription, please allow two full working days before collection. Please read any messages that are on your repeat prescription. You will be required to have a medication review from time to time. A message will be printed on the prescription informing you when it is due. We are not allowed to continue to issue repeat prescriptions indefinitely without a review of your medication. If left too long, a repeat prescription will be refused which may leave you short of medication. Please book your medication reviews in good time.

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by Fax (0118 930 4419), by Email on bw-pct.tmcscripts@nhs.net, by our Online Services, by post or if you prefer, in person at any of our surgeries. Please use the post box when we are closed. Please allow extra turn around time when requesting repeat prescriptions via our Bradfield and Calcot surgeries. 

Please note that we cannot accept repeat prescriptions by telephone.
