As from the 2nd of January 2007 you will be able to book selected doctor and nurse appointments and request repeat prescriptions on line. Before you can do this you will need to come to Theale Medical Centre to obtain an authorisation letter containing your access details.

We regret that we cannot do this by post, telephone or email as you will need to bring some proof of identification with you such as a passport or driving licence.

Normally, collecting the access letter can only be done by the person on the letter unless you are a parent, guardian, carer or authorised by one of our resident doctors.

Having got your letter, please go to the web site to register. This same web site is also used for registration, booking appointments and requesting repeat prescriptions.

Please note that this is a limited service for general non-urgent appointments. Please ensure that you understand what you can and cannot make an appointment for by reading General Appointments and Minor Illness Clinic.
