Minor Illness Clinic

blood_testThis service is run by our Nurse Practitioner and is designed to treat ailments in which our Nurse Practitioner is a specialist.

This is a quicker route to be seen as the Duty Doctor may refer you to the Minor Illness Clinic anyway. So why not go there first?

If your symptoms turn out to be more acute than envisaged the doctor will be called in to see you during this appointment.

The Nurse Practitioner is qualified to issue prescriptions.

Antenatal Clinic

We have a full care programme for expectant mothers.

Postnatal Clinic

We have a full care programme for mother and child.

Medicals

Medicals for employment and insurance purposes, although private medicals are also undertaken. There may be a charge for this service.

Coils

Contraceptive planning for women. An assessment is normally made via a General Appointment first or via a specialist nurse before an appointment is made for fitting.

Minor Ops

Minor surgical operations e.g. cysts, skin tags, moles, warts etc. You cannot book directly into this clinic and must be assessed by your usual doctor.

Cryo Clinic

Treatment requiring liquid gas normally for the removal of such things as warts, verrucas, moles, skin tags etc. You cannot book directly into this clinic and must be assessed by your usual doctor.
